There is a lot more to it than that. Yes the N/A ECU is detuned but the fuel maps are totally different because on the SRT6, everything is based on manifold pressure and tps whereas on the base/limited, it is based off MAF, tps, and MAP. You will need a substantially larger pulley and without being too specific, it will be about twice the size of the one that's on there now to get you down to ~7PSI. even if you get the supercharger on the cheap, that cost will be about a tenth of your final costs and that's if you don't destroy your engine or anything else like I did in the process.
