why not just buy a REAL cold air intake that has the filter sitting right behind the grill???? got to Needswings.com
if that's too much, there's quite a few people who have made their own.
you can heat-wrap your intake tube if you think it effects the gains, but i saw a 26-28hp gain with mine from Needswings. not too shabby, didn't seem to be effected by heat....
