it'd be the ww fluid in that spot, more than likely a hose split, or coupling washer dried. Pull the wheel skirt, it's all right there. Mine froze this winter, and pulled the skirt, put a heater there, drained it and refilled to a colder allowable and that was that. Might be a crack in the bottle, but I really doubt that
