Default Taking the plunge

I'm going to purchase a limited coupe next Spring. The prices for replacement parts are extremely expensive, but then I looked at prices for replacement parts for my 2005 Subaru Outback [tranny, alternator, etc. ] and they were in the same neighborhood. I would love to hear from anyone that has a higher mileage vehicle..50,000 plus...any unexpected breakdowns, parts replacements.I really hope the vehicle will give me at least 150k miles of hassle free driving. I'm going with the auto tranny, I figure I won't have to replace a clutch down the road, and from what I hear the 5 speed manual isn't all that smooth . I know oil changes and tires are expensive..and problems with headlights fogging up...and rust under the weather stripping. I was considering a 350 z but the insurance is outrageous, and the crossfire has a more comfortable ride...any thoughts appreciated.
