I am averaging something under 800. Winter it gets down to around 550, but in summer 1,000 a month is likely. I'm in Georgia with this awful heat: 3br/2bth, 1230 sq ft on one level.

My heat is gas as is my hot water. I cook and cool with electricity, and of course, there are the lights, etc. Not that much of a load, really. And I live alone - the A/C is on 82F during the day for the dog (and so I don't walk into a blast furnace when I get home).
