Got mine fixed last week by the dealer, under warranty.

Needed blower and resistor. Turned out that debris had lodged in the grate at the bottom of the windshield, and had blocked a drain, diverting water into the electrics.

Looks like keeping that grate clear at all times is important.

Sorry I can't help with the sourcing, although when I looked the prices was the same; about $250 each.
