I love the idea, I thought the prototype of this was the best AM grill. I agree with others about the 45deg. angle, and the larger mesh. I did this with the lower grill, and used door trim guard as a temporary solution. The problem is getting it perfectly smooth along the bends. It looks like you might have had an issue with this on the lower left side OR it could just be the camera (I have an older camera as well that doesn't do the car justice).
