Max, Where did you get that mesh from? I've been so thinking about doing this but with a larger mesh but nothing looks like it belongs on the front of our cars like what you found. Most of the stuff looks like it should be keeping chickens safe or leave out of the gutters. I'd take and bend it like you did on top but bend it on the bottom and sides just a 1/4 inch or so and tuck it into the factory grill mounting lip on the bottom. If I get ahold of some of this mesh, I'll be pretty busy making it happen. So glad someone finally found this stuff in bulk as I've been looking in all the wrong places for quite some time now.
