no im not the first owner but the calipers are the factory oem. slk32 didnt have the amg logos on their calipers. 4 piston front 2 piston rear. the pics from the tech data you found are my calipers
I believe two of the pistons are fixed on the front, one fixed on rear. I'm pretty sure they are the same on both cars.
