i think the misunderstanding comes from the definition of 2 or 4 piston calipers. if you look at the front calipers 2 of the pistons move and 2 on the opposite side are fixed. these would be catagorized as 4 piston calipers. the rears have only 2 pistons 1 on each side , therefore 2 piston calipers.
does this make sense to you? my calipers are prolly the same as yours but i have never seen the srt-6 front calipers so i cant say for sure. if they are the same as the tech page you refer to then they are 4 piston front and 2 piston rear.
