I had Best Buy do my install for my head unit since I didn't have time to do it myself. Now I got a Pioneer DEH-P5000UB and it has sub woofer settings with the head unit which I wanted.

I noticed the stock subs were not hooked up to the unit as I was not able to change the settings. I'm wondering is it even possible to do this?
