Edit: and also the cars that i am finding are all much lower mileage than my car but there are a couple that are quite close, actually the $14,900 on autotrader is almost a perfect match for me but I am quite scared that i'll take their offer and go to find this car and it will be sold since it was the absolute cheapest one from my searches. The $20,837 is a 2007 gold but has 45k miles. (so basically the cheapest and the most expensive are both rather close matches)
The other thing you can do is take the 14k, pocket the cash, and wait until the fall/winter arrives when the value of the car plummets as people do their best to get rid of them. When that arrives, go car hunting.

The other thing is that I'm sure there are plenty of people here who would be willing to help you out with locating and purchasing a replacement crossfire in that price range.

Heck, if there's anything here in CO, I'll be more than happy to look at it, and bring it to you, if you fly me back home.

I'm sorry about the accident, sounds like one real mess of an issue for you to deal with.
What company is his insurance company?
I'm about to guess Allstate, from the sounds of it.
