if you loosen up the nut, cant you take off the entire assembly? and then somehow remove the stud? or is that not an option? my tensioner pulley's torx stud has a little grip left and isnt totally stripped so can probalby handle a little bit more, but not enough to put the belt back over with the 185
the nut only removes the pulley. behind the idler pulley and below are 2 more torxes that have to be removed to get the tensioner off the front of the engine. the tensioner spring loaded section is behind the rear of the torx bolt and i dont see any way to get the stud out to replace it
