I'd suspect that you take the ignition swith out completely so the steering is always full play. i don't know though. But if they say it works on virtually any car, then all cars have this type of mechanism, so therefore the system must bypass that.
Don't even waste your time on the Chinese crap. I've worked with almost all of them. These Chinese manufacturers want to get that stuff here but it's all the same sh*t. If you really want one that bad, get in touch with me and I will let you see in person how crappy they truly are and then you can decide if you want to put it in your car. LOL
