There is one thing to remember. The little motor that raises the wing only has so much power. One reason that the wing raises at the lower MPH is due to force. If you have it raise at a higher MPH, the motor is having to work harder to force the wing up. It might be possible to break the mechanics.

or is it just at a lower speed to ensure that the police don't have an easy collar when they see a popped up spoiler (also, I would imagine, the reason for the manual raise button)?
