I cant speak for every LET/Eurocharged tune, but Jerry & Tony usually pull a little timing down low to get the car moving out of the hole and maximize traction.....then at 2500rpms dump all the timing plus some back in so the puts out max torque and sends the car sailing into 2nd & 3rd gear.It makes that kind of torque and horsepower numbers more usuable on street tires. Im sure if you specifically asked for the torque curve to start lower they would move it.
