The advice above is sound. I think I'm pretty **** about tire pressures and I check every 45 days on all my vehicles. Another good thing to remember is that the tire pressures we're typically referring to are under cold conditions. That's really the only way to know for sure. If you check your tires after driving awhile, you probably ought to assume 3-4 psig higher readings since the elevated tire temp raises the internal air pressure.
