Glare!!! I built one for myself out of 3/16inch Lexan. Pretty easy with a band saw in the workshop, maybe 1.5hours time. but the glare and reflection to the front when looking into he rearview mirror is terrible. On a rainy night you cannot look over your shoulder without seeing multiple images. has anyone experienced this with the "store bought" units? Would like the mesh unit, but too much $$ when compared to my FREE Lexan shield.
