All good points, Frank. But how do you know that a turbo system is more reliable than a supercharger? I also run an Audi A6 2.7T with bi-turbos and live in mild fear of losing a turbo to wear/tear. I have 144k on the car. It's always been maintained and driven mostly highway, but just replacing the stock turbos is a couple thousand and going stage 3 (larger turbos, fuel injectors, etc) will set me back $5-8k. I've read that a replacement s/c for the SRT6 is over $6k.
I agree that the market for low mileage SRT6s probably ended last year. That's why I went looking in Jan 08 and bought mine. They're still out there, but finding one that is stock, 1-2 owners, and has not been abused is going to get harder.
