Huh, that's an interesting idea and really do hope both you and eurocharged can come together and make something happen. I can't help but wonder however, if a centrifugal charger wouldn't be much easier. Some of us want crazy hp and some of us want something more streetable and less of a fuss. I would really like to see someone develop a centrifugal kit for these cars---I've said this in multiple other threads. You won't get the same increase in hp/tq as a turbo but the installation and day to day life with them is much easier. Plus a centrifugal blower is the most efficient of superchargers
Just make a bracket and adjust the intake plumbing and you're all set--after tuning of course. I have a centrifugal blower on my corrado and it doesn't give the same power returns as a turbo, but I've had it for 6 years and never had to play with it. I've had it at ~9-10 track days including one I went to last friday and it worked awesome. I'm up 100hp over stock. And, if you go with a rotrex charger, like the BMW guys, you don't have to worry about taping the oil system of the car since they are self contained.
If I could get such a setup with say 8psi for 6-7k, then I'd be game. If only my car wasn't a daily driver with a warranty, I'd see if I could make something like this happen on my own car.
