Just bought a brand new jeep 3 weeks ago. Bring it back to the dealership I bought it from (windshield wiper switch is busted). Sales person and service department say they can't give a free car for the day. What is the deal with that? Started bitching about how Chrysler is nearly bankrupt... I said that has nothing to do with anything! I am a paying customer to the dealership and they should give me free rentals on the car until we get the initial defects fixed. They sold me a defective car.

I told them the dealership I bought my Crossfire from gave me tons of free rentals back in 2005. They claim it was because I bought a Crossfire and Chrysler gave special treatment to Crossfire buyers. Is this true?
