I do, and that's the factory warranty, not an extended warranty. But I know that warranty was offered during a promotional period, so maybe it wasn't offered in your area or at your time? Thankfully the winters in Arizona don't require me to worry about handling in the snow. so I never have to worry about those aspects. I am in total agreement about the gas mileage (my Jetta 1.8 turbo had an upgraded turbocharger on it, and it still got about 30mpg) and with the aftermarket (I can't believe there isn't a bigger SLK aftermarket considering how long it's been around).
