Took it apart. Bad news -- tank is leaking. The lower support/bolt, on the bottom, rests right on a molding/jointing seam in the tank. Vibration seems to have gotten the best of it. New "washer reservoir" on order -- hopefully they have one in stock.
After pulling the wheel, I couldn't get the inner splash shield all the way off. Removed the two metal screws from underneath the car and pried the lip of the PVC rocker (using a putty knife) from over the shield, but the black plastic shield still wouldn't come out. Seems like the shield was hanging-up on the nuts for the two underneath bolts. Anyone else experience/tackle this problem?
I think its burried behind the fender, when I had a replacement RF fender(due to my X -Boss inability to reverse), it was exposed with the fender removal
