Chrysler SRT6 Warranty
I have a Chrysler 8/80 Extended Warranty on my SRT6. It has been in service for 5 years but only has 20K miles on it. Recently I had my supercharger replaced because of bad bearings. I assumed I would pay the $100 deductible and was very glad I had purchased the extended warranty as the "bumper to bumper" ran 36 months 36K miles. I was pleasantly surprised when the supercharger was replaced and they DID NOT charge the deductible.
I just took a look at the 2005 SRT Vehicles Warranty Information book. To my surprise there are a number of additional warranties included from the factory. Here are some.
7 years or 70K miles (this is the CALIFORNIA emmisions warranty info - it does not pertain to other states)
air pump
charge air cooler
exhaust manifold - left and right
fuel tank
intake manifold
MAF sensor w/integral IAT sensor
Supercharger
throttle actuator
transmission control module
Chrysler Crossfire Parts Covered for 8 years 80K miles (this is the CALIFORNIA emmisions warranty info - it does not pertain to other states)
Engine control module
Emission related hoses, clamps, belts, pulleys, tubes, gittings, sealing devices, mounting hardware included
Malfunction indicator lamp
Three-way catalyst
