The dealership did a temporary repair on our car with what looked like Permatex. It did a great job for the 6 or 7 weeks or so that we had to wait for the replacement. It looked so good that I was going to ask if I could keep it as a backup if I have trouble again in the future, but they said they had to return it to the factory in order to get the "Good Will Warranty". Who knows
