Love to swap experiences on that. I've driven a lot in the US but always in rentals, of course. Still there are some great drives, especially in CA : the upper reaches of Mulholland Drive and some of the adjoining canyons above LA come to mind. The run from SF to Yosemite through Mariposa (think it's the 140) is one I'd love to do again. Highway 1 from the Bixby Bridge down through Big Sur of course, if you can get a fog-free day.

Hey maybe we could do an owner swap/drive, you know like people do with holiday homes etc. I know, silly idea.
