TemjinX2, you must have changed your hoses or routing. The factory routing runs behind the pulley to the passenger side. I couldnt figure out why you were have problems and went and looked at mine. My hoses dont even come overe the pulley. I separated my IC cooling but didnt change any hose routing except the overflow line and feed into the top of the coolant tank.
