Don't know if its related to the back orders but Chrysler is suing Daimler and Daimler is saying that they don't accept the re-negotiated contracts under the terms of bankruptcy laws......They want to settle it out of court but Chrysler is taking them to court hoping for a better deal
This is what I've heard also, but I've heard that it is more about their sprinter vans due to the high commercial usage rate of them...
Who knows what will come of this, but all in all, you know where to get your MB parts....MB.
