Default Rear End Noise after Rear Differential Replaced under warranty

Hi,

I hope all Xfire owners are doing well, and Xfires are having fun rolling down the road. I haven't posted in awhile, but I have read some of the posts.

I got my rear diff changed out under warranty 12 months ago at 19K miles due to excessive noise. My Xfire is a Ltd, with auto stick.

I went out on a run with her tonight and did not have the stereo on- just enjoying the noise she was making!

When I slowed down to make a hard right turn I noticed a groaning noise- so I put her thru the paces with hard turns at various speeds. The groan noise only occurs when making a right hand turn at a fairly severe radius turn. The noise eminates from the right rear of the car there is no doubt.

I am out of warranty on 10-4-09 (of course)- if the diff is the problem again do you think Chrysler will take care of me on this? I still only have about 26K miles on her even now.

Any other ideas on what may be causing the noise? I don't see how the rear diff could be bad again with only 7K miles.

Thanks for any and all help.

Don
