Default Registration Fees...based on MSRP?
I just paid my MN registration fee to renew the tabs on my Base XF. I bought the car for 19k in 2007 new - but I had to pay a registration fee for a current value of $34,900!

Has anyone had success convincing the DMV that the registration fee should be valued at the market value as opposed to the "MSRP"?
