I have the Plexiglas as well. I just have the Crossfire logo and the words Crossfire engraved below the logo (the symbol of the Roadster). I have RED lit with RED LED lights. I work 3rd shift so most of my driving (to and from work) is at night. What I have noticed is the RED glow on the highway is almost reminiscence of a "night lite". Pretty cool........ When a car approaches from behind ( stop light or intersection ...no one going to be passing me on the open roads...forget that !! )....but the light on the reflection seems to disappear when the approaching car gets close. I wish I could remember what candle light the LED's were...but it's almost perfect. RED when no reflective light hits it...and when it needs to be "dampened" the color fades away with following headlights.
I have a tendency to be VERY protective of my car and park in a secluded part of the parking lot at work and 10 x's out of 10 I'll BACK into the spot which means directly looking back through the windscreen...I can beat that by turning off the lights...back up without too much trouble.
I LOVE mine. Seems to be just right ....bright when I want it to be ( my night light in the **** pit) and seems to fade away when cars pull up behind me.... Until I find 2nd and 3rd gear ....that is...LOL
