You didnt' **** me off, I already have run the numbers. THAT is why I am ... whats' the word.... thinking, looking, etc.

I do not understand the radical change in the boss in the past 4 years. I know I have not made it clear, but the first five years were wonderful. I thought I'd found Nirvana. Really did. Two BIG raises without even saying anything.

And now, NOTHING. Didn't even realize it will be five years this January until recently when I went and looked.

Anyway, I'll have my resume updated by the weekend .... and will keep my eyes open and mouth running!
