Sounds like you got a good deal.

Just got to Florida and my Son who is a certified marine tech on high performance engines took a look at the job done by the Chrysler dealer. He noted there was sealer ( he called it something else) all around the valve cover and it was basically a sloppy job. He really couldnd't tell if the valve cover had been removed at all. There was black goop on the hoses, smeared around the valve cover like an amateur caulking a bathtub. Add to that the $100 air filters we paid for, the fact we had to take it back again because it kept wanting to die ( I discovered the engine cover was only partially in place to the point I could lift it a bout 4 inches) after I snapped it in place the stalling went away, and I know I'll get shot for this on the web site but I'm about to go back to Ford. At least their dang dealerships aren't dropping like flies where I live.
