You proved that you needed it, these electronic whats it s today are critical as semiconductors fail very fast to limit the stress on inline fuses. They often fail before the fuse to protect the fuse, ha ha.

So you think that forgetting to use these initially is in-fact what caused me to burn up my switch? It's also interesting that you mentioned the word "inrush" because the only other time I've seen that word in recent memory was actually on a page ABOUT HIDs describing what "inrush load" does to existing vehicle components not designed for HID originally.
