I thought that was what I said. The customer has to complain about the problem and a problem can be seen.

The window adjustment is covered in the following excerpt from the Shop Manual on page 96.
I have to do it to one of my windows because of wind noise fortunately it doesn't leak and I am a bit deaf in that ear, but passengers do whine at times.
