A window alignment is not covered.... unless you make them do what the TSB says and replace the nut that is required. I just went through this at the dealership and they told me the only way they could run this through the extended warranty is to order the nut. Actually 2 dealerships told me the same exact thing so it must be a fact. A TSB alone is not enough to get something covered under the warranty.

By the way, simply adjust the angle and length of your window and the water will stop. I had the same problem and a simple window adjustment worked for me. I didn't do it myself but I know a lot about this problem. Feel free to send me an email for more details.
