There used to be an atty up in NC that could beat on officer with his VASCAR every time. Depth perception comes into play, and he could prove yours was never that accurate. From the air, and directly above, was the only way you could get an accurate speed with VASCAR.
I've received one ticket from VASCAR.....and was just relieved that he didn't get me several miles beforehand because I was still backing it down. Figured I came out the winner in that one.
