Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket a try. You will love it, you can even edit your pics and organize them. the best part is you do not have to upload your pics on every site you join, simply paste the links which photobucket has under each photo on your account page. you can host tons of free photos there.
as for paying to play together, i do not have to pay on any other site i am on. i own a forum, have owned it for years and i do not charge my members. in fact, i pay for prizes, decals, events and so on out of my own pocket and i am glad to do so. i also have some thoughtful members that donate $ for events as well and it has worked out fantastic.
hopefully my posts do not get deleted but I bet they do.
