I was looking at my hood liner and I thought that it was a bit saggy, I found that it did not fit under some retainers which are a part of the hood itself. I saw that it was a little too short. So I put some double sided tape on the hood and pressed it down, I do not think that this is a permanent fix but it looked better.
The center section of the liner also hangs down, if I was you I would add something, a good tape or something similar as the liner looks better when it is tight against the hood. As mine liner is attached already I was thinking of cutting small X holes in the liner and put some industrial adhesive behind the liner with a caulking gun.
On the na Crossfire and probably on the 6, the liner lies on engine cover when the hood is closed, the Chrysler logo on the front of the cover makes a mark in the liner and the liner rubs against the paint of the logo leaving a mark.
The center steel clip in the rear of the hood that holds the liner was bent down too much and actually scratched the paint on the rear of the cover.
