The SL-55 pump looks exactly like the SRT6 factory one it is just a little longer, but fits in the original bracket and has the same exact terminal ends no splicing needed. Part number was 0014706594 SL55 pump 2003-2006 model, Ordered from parts.com $332.63 shipped to my door.
That is what I thought.....I am just as confused as you as to why they would go a different route for the upgrade
I will be ordering the SL55 pump.
