For those of you that did not realize it the factory fuel pump puts out up to 130PSI. It is documented in the service manual and I saw it first hand tonight after I installed my pressure regulator with pressure gauge tonight. I do not understand how putting a bigger fuel pump on with out doing something to the factory pressure regulator and return will net you any gain. It seems to me if you put out more pressure it would just dump the excess back into the tank. If I am wrong I would love to have some one explain it to me please.
