Chrysler has set up a complaint hot line for customers to call with issues. They told me the more people who call about a specific complaint like Door rust & weather stripping that holds in the water, the more likely they'll fix the issue! So I suggest everyone call with their vin # and file a complaint about the weather stripping holding in moisture & door rust!!!!
