It would cost me more money and time to fight this but I would drag him through the dirt and make him pay the legal fees on top of what he stole. Technically this guy could be arrested and charges filed due to the amount of money in question. I would actually have the whole thing investigated to find out if there were others involved.
I remember watching this thread. I thought the side skirt was great and wanted one.
It is always wonderful and enlightening to have a backseat driver come in after the fact and tell everyone how stupid they were. I am sure that they feel so much better now that you told them that. If you felt it was a scam, whey didn't you speak up before people invested their money. I did not see any helpful posts from you back then. I have on a few occasions recently called people out that I felt were possibly trying to scam others. It does no good to brag about your investigative knowledge after the fact. What could you have possible wanted to accomplish by that post other than some sort of self satisfying gratification.
