Now you need to do a couple of things:
1) Drive your car down to Autozone and get a free load test on that battery to make sure it can hold a charge; If it won't getting a new battery is a good idea.
2) If your battery is good you should start to try and figure out why it was down. Parasitic drain, etc.

Simple things first. Have the battery tested (Autozone will do it for free). They put it under a simulated load to determine if it will hold a charge. Could be as simple as leaving something on (interior light, door light, etc, etc).
