I thought that was what you were refering to (the BCM cutting in) but so far, I haven't noticed it spoiling any of my fun. But then I don't do donuts anymore either. (Don't plan on starting either)
As far as the ABS is concerned, I don't miss it. But I know if I ever have an accident that could be remotely linked to the ABS being shut off, I'm sure you guys will never let me live it down.
I'm just not a big fan of anti-lock brakes thanks to some "close calls" I've had in 4 different GM cars I've owned. A Vette, a Z-28, and two Chevy Vans.
