Ok... I guess owning a Crossfire has gotten too me. Am I the only one who noticed that it needed a detail job?

Otherwise that it was an entertaining video for sure! Shawn and Deb we should go back to the track!

How about someone translating this one? It was posted by the same "motorvision" guys. My apologies if it was previously posted. I've never seen this one before.

Thanks for the video. I lived in Germany for 3 years, and picked up bit and pieces, but by no means enough to translate. Interesting video though. Wow, I would not want to have to put the top up and down on the TT. That looked pretty laborious.

I know enough Deutsch to get me in a good brawl...

Having said that, here's basically what the video covered: The crossfire was praised for the "bang for buck" and they stated that while the power was lower, the car "felt" quicker and the Crossfire's torque in the 3K range really made it have the advantage in the mountain roads. They also obviously favored the Crossfire's convertible top, obviously LOL...

However, the narrator gave high marks to the Audi's interior fit and finish, and said that it was marginally roomier than the Crossfire. Also, the Audi got better marks for the brakes than the Crossfire.

Overall, the narrator gave lavish praise for both, but the edge to the the Crossfire.

I always had trouble with the german language. For example: In a restaurant, I might think I want to say.... brot mit schinken und käse, but what come out of my mouth is brot mit schinken und kasse. I would think I was doing good, but the looks from the waiter were priceless.

Yeah, I was always mixing the inflection of words up, and saying some off the wall things. I lived in Italy for 2.5 years, and did not have any problems with the Italian language. I also lived in Japan for 3 years, and Japanese was much easier for me than German. I think what was so hard for me is that German is such a throaty language. Italian on the other hand, seems so fluid when speaking it.

My wife Speaks English, Spanish, Tagalog, Chavacano, and Visaya all fluently. Whereas, I can speak a little bit of a lot of languages. Just enough to get me into trouble.

Thats was a cool video, and at first thought it was the Brabus Tuned Crossfire. I so want one of those rare as hen teeth Crossfire's.

I lived in Germany for most of my Childhood as my father was in the Army. Unfortunately I have forgotten most of my german but try and and practise each year when I visit the Nurburgring. I know enough to get me by but can no longer hold a conversation in German. I now prefer to Holiday in the USA as the language is much easier, I just have to remember to use the word Cigarette rather than ***.

I have also been to Hockenheim which is a fantastic circuit so will have to look out for VATH the next time I go.

bmorgan, now that you mentioned Japanese..... I found these 5 Japanese Crossfire Video Clips also on Youtube. If you get a chance check them out. Maybe you can share with us what they are saying about our Crossfires.

LOL, that is funny John. Like I said, I know a little of a lot of languages. Not near enough to translate that. I lived in Japan from 1967 to 1970 when my father was in the Air Force. I can still remember how to count in Japanese, a few phrases, and a few not so nice sayings. Sorry.

That's funny. It is still fun to watch someone talking about our Crossfires in any language.

Maybe someday they'll get translated for us...
