Yeah, I was always mixing the inflection of words up, and saying some off the wall things. I lived in Italy for 2.5 years, and did not have any problems with the Italian language. I also lived in Japan for 3 years, and Japanese was much easier for me than German. I think what was so hard for me is that German is such a throaty language. Italian on the other hand, seems so fluid when speaking it.
My wife Speaks English, Spanish, Tagalog, Chavacano, and Visaya all fluently. Whereas, I can speak a little bit of a lot of languages. Just enough to get me into trouble.
