Franc, I cannot speak for CICCI as I am just a member. I am not a CICCI officer. I can tell you that this site is registered and owned by Julian. What agreements that Julian has with CICCI regarding the content of this site I am not privy to. When you make a contribution to this site or pay for the ability to be a sponsor on this site, you are paying Julian. The proceeds of this site are revenues for Julian not CICCI.

I will reiterate... I do not know if CICCI has any agreements with Julian or not, but in the absence of an agreement, Julian would have no incentive to hand over the data to this site. As I have stated in other threads, this is a business venture for Julian. To give CICCI the data would be paramount to giving his business venture to CICCI for free.

If I am over stepping my bounds here, someone let me know. I am just trying to look out for the prolonged best interest of this community.
