Woody, I would think you could get away with it on a limited basis if you were copying information that you had personally posted, but to copy the sites data on the whole could lend itself to litigation. Think about it. If you owned a site... spent years fostering it...... and someone came along and copied your data to use on a competing site, and to steal your customer base away.... What would you do? If this is a revenue generating site(which it is), you would most likely be making a quick trip to your attorney. I would never suggest that we do anything that would not be on the up and up. I do think we owe it to ourselves to do something to ensure the viable future of this community.

I am not suggesting that it would happen, but what if Julian's priorities changed to the point that he decides to just pull the plug on this site. That would be the end with no plan for an alternative. He has not responded to the moderators of this site for several months now. No one has heard from him that I am aware of. This does not bode well for us. We have serious problems with the functionality of this site, and he is totally unresponsive to our issues.
