Unfortunately, tuners keep pretty tight lipped about this stuff and for obvious reasons. If everyone and their dog had access to this, there would be thousands of people pretending to be tuners and lots of people that end up wrecking their cars because they didn't know what they were doing. It's not rocket science but it's not as simple as turning a wrench either.
