The Mercedes dealer in Fort Washington, PA will not service the Crossfire other than changing the oil. The service writer told me they cannot bring up any specs or prices for the Crossfire service on their computers. I have to take it to a Chysler dealer or independent for service. They sent me a $50.00 discount coupon for an oil change because I was in their database for my previously owned '98 SLK230.
